Stage 14. Athlone – Dublin

Our last stage by road in Ireland was long (204 km) and we made few visits. The way from Athlone to Dublin took us to Clonmacnoise, an important monastic and power centre, and Brú na Bóinne (Newgrange), one of the biggest and most important megalithic monuments centre in Europe.
